Geocaching Events
A Geocaching event is a great way to meet other Geocachers in your area or sometimes from all over the world. Local events that are hosted by individual Geocachers, or group of Geocachers, are usually created to gather local Geocachers. Other events that are created to gather people from different regions, states, or countries are usually hosted by a large group or organization.
Events can be held for a specific reason; Awards, Contest, Birthday, etc. Some events are held for no specific reason other than to get together with other Geocachers to share caching adventures, and the opportunity to meet other Geocachers. The San Antonio Geocaching Association will provide a list of upcoming, recent and archived events in our area. (Events may have links to additional information, articles, or photos on this site)
