2007 San Antonio Geocaching Awards

The 2007 San Antonio Geocaching Awards Ceremony will be on Saturday July 26, 2008. Nominating will start on April 28, and continue till May 31. Voting will begin on June 1, and continue till July 19.

Nominating Rules

Nominated caches, events, logs, and photos must have been placed or occurred in 2007, and must be within 100 miles from down town San Antonio (Waypoint GCHH18). Except for events, all nominated caches must not be archived and must be kept active for voters to visit during the nominating and voting periods. To insure a fair opportunity for everyone to visit the nominees, nominated caches can not be listed as "Subscriber-Only" caches, or require the possession of a traveling item to obtain coordinates or access to the cache.

Nominating Instructions

Use the form on this page to submit your nominations. You do not have to enter a nomination is each category, and you can return to this page later to add to the categories you skipped, or to add another nominee to any category. There is no limit on the number of caches you can nominate for each category, but we do ask you to use the honor system and provide your caching name each time you submit a nominee. Your name will not be displayed on the nominee list, but will be used to contact you if we need to clarify any information about your nominations.
